Midwest Boys Capture USTA Winter National Championships

Jared Hiltzik, 17, of Wilmette, Ill., won the boys’ 18s title at the 2011 USTA Winter National Championships on Monday, and Paul Oosterbaan, a 16-year-old from Kalamazoo, Mich., captured the USTA Boys’ 16s title.
